The morning alarm buzzes in your ear signaling you to awaken from the restful slumber. Your hand mindlessly reaches for the source of the interruption and you hit the snooze button. Then your mind and body start their daily standoff where one knows that you need to get up while the other refuses to budge. But it's the familiarity of the routine that gets you out of bed.
Your eyes still stiff and foggy with sleep, you shuffle your feet into the bathroom. Heading straight for the shower, you turn the water on. The familiar sound of the surging raindrops starts tapping down onto the shower floor. Your mind is still a little fuzzy such as a television channel not coming in just right. But as the picture clears, a steamy hot water spring comes into focus. You listen as the water seamlessly glides over the rocks above you falling down to collect into a small pool. You reach out to test the water… Ahhh, perfect!
Stepping under the warmth of the water, your body welcomes the light massage and is engulfed by its delicate embrace. You turn to face the spilling water allowing it to wash away the haziness from your eyes. As the water cascades down over your body and the steamy breath of the spring invigorates you're your senses and you once again welcome the ability to become functional. You begin to awaken to the new day.
Now it is time to cleanse yourself and get the rest of your senses working. You get the soap lathered up and gently rub it onto your face. Now that you are rinsed under pouring waterfall you begin to get your head prepared for the stimulating yet paralizing massage of shampoo followed by one with the moisture rich conditioner. Taking the body wash in hand you allow the small caressing bubbles of its lather to uncover the glow of clean skin. You watch as the water pushes it all down your body. The fragrances that have now been introduced to you during this experience are those that only encourage positive and uplifting feelings. You are now ready to accept the world and its entire splendor.

Spoil Yourself with a Personal Assistant
Spoiling yourself could just be a matter of finding ways to ease the stress that you have in your life and one way to lessen the stress is to get a personal assistant. Relieve yourself from the hassle of getting your things ready every morning. This personal assistant would have your outfits for the day set out for you to put on and have your bags, briefcase and keys at the ready for when you walk out the door. Nothing says spoiled like having someone else picking out the clothes that you and your family will be wearing for the day. You know your morning is like a whirlwind of commotion reeking havoc on your mind. And even if you have other activities in your agenda those will be put together also.
Everyone can afford to have a personal assistant and here is the best way to go about getting it to happen for you. Before you go to bed at night check your calendar for tomorrow and then go and get out the clothes and the items that you will need. Take time and try them on if you want or even sew the button back on or iron them while you are watching you favorite television show. Get out all of the items that you need to complete the ensemble such as the shoes, belt and the accessories. I am sure you have heard of adding this task to your evening routine for saving time in the morning now just imagine that your personal assistant had done the job for you just before you had gotten out of bed. When the morning comes you will love the feeling of not having to make these decisions and that frazzled feeling will no longer be a part of that hustle and bustle.
Your personal assistant could also spoil you by having your To Do list out and would have included things such as the phone numbers you may need to make those calls or even the supplies you will need gathered up for you. The secret is to have them ready before you go to bed.
Other tasks that could be made easier with the use of your personal assistant are really quite infinite. Checklists could be made up for your daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal chores. Emergency plans and supplies, packing for vacations and even supplies that you need to have in your vehicles are all things that could benefit from having checklists ready. Forms could be made up from your personal assistant for other things such as menu planning and projects that need to be completed. Just imagine how much time that your personal assistant could save you if the meals were planned out for the entire week and all that you needed to do would be to make sure that you pulled out anything that needed to be thawed out by dinner time.
A personal assistant is a necessity in any household and the job requirements are really too many to count. Go ahead and spoil yourself!

Pamper Yourself, Rethink Your Routines
....because if you don’t then who will. You know how important it is take care of yourself, it is vital to your well being, and you realize how hard it is to find the time. With todays hectic schedules and everything coming at you at warp speed, sometimes you just have to stop the onslot of everyday life. You need to treat yourself to something nice on a daily basis. Yes, everyday! There are times in our daily life that can be turned into times that you are pampering yourself. Think of these times as “spoil me” times. Just remember that everyone deserves to be spoiled.
Pampering yourself is not only the time you set aside just for yourself but also your attitude. Thinking positive brings positive results. Think about changing just your outlook you have towards your everyday routines. Many ways to get the me spoil me attitude is to stop and rethink about the 'why?'. Days come and go with routines that are done with almost no thinking about how or why you are doing them. A typical morning could consist some of the most important things that you do to pamper yourself. Sorry, I meant spoil yourself.
The alarm starts buzzing to let you know that it is time to get up, you stumble out of bed and head to the bathroom or maybe the kitchen. A typical morning consists of a list of tasks that get you ready for the day. If you are not getting yourself ready first then you need to make sure that you do, but we can elaborate on that later. With a visit to the bathroom each morning a shower is usually the first thing that greets most people. Now think about why you take a shower. It has become so habitual to get in that I sometimes forget to even think about the reason that I am there. But soon after being under the water, I remember why. Washing the sleep from my eyes and the warm water to loosen up the muscles I start to clean away not only the dirt but the stress and start my new day off fresh and renewed. A shower just makes me feel better so lets get this day started!
Now brushing your teeth everyday is for maintaining your oral health but with a little change of thinking, the truth is that you pamper your mouth. You are cleansing the palette and your sense of taste so that you can fully enjoy the tastes of everything that will pass you lips. Or just to be kissable, which ever one you like. Having a nice clean mouth feels good so let your tongue move around your teeth and give yourself a nice big smile in the mirror.
Go get dressed and do your hair. Take a good look at yourself in the mirror. Stay in front of that mirror and do a little model pose, turn a little to the side, give yourself a little nod and wink because you are gorgeous and you took the time to make yourself look good. Take a deep breathe because you have just spoiled yourself. You are ready to take on the day.
